How we work?

To save your time and ensure efficient processes of the order placement, production and delivery, we would kindly ask you to follow the procedure :


the request of the printing You can submit by e-mail, via the enquiry form or by contacting our project managers by e-mail or phone, indicating the specifications of the product.

Order confirmation:

when  you review print offer which was sent by our project manager, please confirm it in writing.

Contract Signing:

a service contract shall be signed with the client. In case you have already signed a corresponding agreement with us, the commercial offer that you confirmed will be considered as an annex to the agreement.

Submission of the artwork: 

the print-ready artwork in PDF format shall be uploaded to our server via FTP, by email or with CD, DVD, USB drives.


we can produce Proofs which you need to confirm.
